Item Availability/ Will you restock? ✩ 

 

Please note items created are made to order. As these are all handmade I may not restock all of the designs! This is to ensure our work stays fresh and innovative, where each piece marks a point in the creating & designing process!

 

How long will it take to get my item? ✩

 

Please allow 1-3 weeks for made to order items to be created and shipped as items are worked through in chronological order. Items will be posted as soon as they are complete.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation with a tracking number. Please also check your junk mail! 

 

Where do you ship to? ✩

 

We ship worldwide from LONDON UK, with tracked shipping.

England & Wales: 

• Royal Mail Standard Tracked (£3.95)

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£4.80)

 

Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man: 

•Royal Mail Standard Tracked (£3.95)

International (within Europe):

Royal Mail International Tracked 5–7 working days (£15.99)

 

International (outside Europe including US & Australia):

• Royal Mail International Tracked 5-7 working days (£23.99)

How do I care for RAWXTAN pieces? ✩

 

Hand-wash with cool/luke-warm water with a light detergent and gently wring out excess water, allow to air dry and reshape whilst drying 

 

For air drying, laying on a flat surface. Do not hang.

 

Please DO NOT TUMBLE DRY these pieces!

 Please be aware that if you tumble dry the clothing where instructed not to, the fibres will shrink/overstretch!

  

Can I order a custom piece? ✩

 

 Yes! If you would like a specific custom sizing or want a bespoke custom design please send a DM via Instagram - @rawxtan

 

Returns/refunds? ✩

 

As pieces are made to order, we do not accept refunds or returns. We do not accept refunds due to incorrect sizing. Please use our Size Guide before purchasing.

All sales are final. The items are quality checked and photographed before shipping. Please see our refund/return policy below for more details.
